My personal challenge!

So today I'm giving myself a challenge.  To blog everyday for a month.  If I complete my task, I'm going to get myself something exciting.  (Actual item yet to be determined!)

Summer is in full swing.  Today finds me cleaning the kitchen.  Yes it really needed cleaning.  Then Jake, Josh, and Jenni wanted waffles so we dirtied it up again.  They were yummy though.

Jessi missed out because she is off driving at drivers ed.  I don't think it has hit me that she will be getting her permit in two months and 8 days!  YIKES!!!  I sure feel for coach having to drive with her.

We have been ball gaming too.  All four kids had games last night.  Jessi said she had a really good hit.  The boys and Jenni lost their games.  I didn't see the boys game but Jenni and the girls played really well.  We held a much older team to only two runs and we lost by 1. 

Quiet Day

Today was pretty quiet for the Beebe's. I worked on cleaning the house and catching up laundry. I went and picked up the kids from school and went to the office. I did a quick photo shoot and made a sweatshirt.


Jessi had team dinner tonight at Sydney's and the rest of us went to the Cabin in Garber for dinner. I have been craving one of their chili cheese burgers. It was so good!

Came home and cleaned the boys room. Grandpa Beebe had bought a house that had a couple nice twin beds with the bookcase in the headboard. We got them switched out and their room clean. Now wonder how long it will stay clean. It was kind of sad though. My boys are growing up. They wanted to get rid of their hot wheel cars and other toy type stuff. We kept the art stuff and the ps2.

Supposed to be a storm coming tonight so I'm guessing we will have no school tomorrow. Yea!!!!

First day of school 2010

I can not believe I took my kids for their first day of school this morning.  Where did the summer go?  I'm one of the few moms that actually love having my kids at home.  Jessi started high school today and the boys are in 5th grade.  Pretty excited that they get to start school sponsored sports.  Jenni is in the third this year and is ready. 

Jenni's New Room

Jenni and I decided Monday she needed a new look for her room.  We bought the paint to which the Lowe's paint guy told her she was a very lucky girl to get to paint her room "that" color.  She was totally excited beyond words.  She sang "i'm painting my room today" the entire drive home.  I'll start with the after pictures and then show you the before.  She had told me all summer she was cleaning her room and it was almost done.  Ha!  It's done now though and I have threatened to shave her hair off if she lets it get messy again!!!

Jessi's Basketball Team goes undefeated!

Oh I am so proud of Jessi and her basketball team.  They won the Skeltur Junior High Tournament and went 15 and 0 for the season.
